Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Due to the current Coronavirus situation, the delivery time may be affected. The overall delivery time estimate during the pandemic is 14 – 45 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
nlalert.fi is not responsible for any customs and additional taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to the sender however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders)
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at email@example.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status.
